Garlic & Honey Fermentation (Ancient Egyptian & Chinese Remedy)

Origins: Used in ancient Egypt and China for treating infections.
Ingredients:

  • 10–12 garlic cloves (crushed or whole)
  • Raw organic honey (enough to cover the garlic)
  • A glass jar
    How to Use:
  • Place garlic in a jar and cover with honey.
  • Let ferment for 1–2 weeks (bubbles indicate fermentation).
  • Take a spoonful daily or use it on wounds.
