Fenugreek and Cinnamon Drink – Ancient Middle Eastern Medicine

Fenugreek has been used in ancient Egyptian, Greek, and Middle Eastern medicine for digestive health and inflammation reduction. Combined with cinnamon, which improves circulation and fights inflammation, this drink is excellent for metabolic and joint health.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds (soaked overnight)
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup of warm water

Instructions:

  1. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight in water.
  2. Strain and mix with cinnamon.
  3. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
