Spirulina & Wheatgrass Smoothie

Context & Origin: Spirulina, used by the Aztecs and African tribes, and wheatgrass, from ancient Egyptian medicine, are chlorophyll-rich superfoods that support detox and bind to toxins.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions:
Blend and consume daily as a morning smoothie.
