Matcha & Lemon Morning Cleanse Tea

Context & Origin: Matcha, a staple of Japanese tea ceremonies, is rich in chlorophyll and antioxidants that help cleanse the blood. Lemon aids liver function.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions:
