Lemon, Ginger & Cayenne Morning Flush

Context & Origin:
Inspired by Ayurvedic practices and the Master Cleanse protocol, this recipe stimulates digestion, increases circulation, and promotes bowel movements.

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and drink first thing in the morning for 10–14 days.
