Cucumber & Mint Water

Context & Origin:
Cucumber hydrates and cools the body, while mint supports digestion and urinary comfort. Popular in Ayurvedic and spa traditions.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • 1 liter water

Instructions:
Let ingredients infuse in water for 1–2 hours. Drink throughout the day for 5–7 days.
