Context & Origin:
Barley water is a traditional Ayurvedic kidney tonic. Fennel supports digestion and reduces inflammation.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup pearl barley
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 3 cups water
Instructions:
Simmer all ingredients for 30 minutes, strain, and drink 1 cup 2x/day for 3–5 days.
