Chili & Garlic Circulation Tonic

Context & Origin:
Garlic and cayenne have been used in folk medicine to enhance circulation, helping move lymph and break congestion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup warm water

Instructions:
Mix and drink quickly, once daily for 5 days. Use with food if sensitive.
