Context & Origin:
In Ayurveda, fennel and cumin are used to restore digestion and reduce the bloating caused by yeast die-off and imbalance.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1.5 cups boiling water
Instructions:
Steep for 10 minutes, strain, and drink after meals, 1–2x/day.
