Seaweed (traditional in Japanese and Korean diets) provides iodine and alginates that bind and remove environmental toxins, including mold byproducts.
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- Drizzle of sesame oil
Instructions:
