Context & Origin:
Garlic (used for centuries in traditional medicine) contains allicin, which has been shown to inhibit bacterial biofilm formation; ginger adds anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves fresh garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions:
