Context & Origin:
Turmeric (from Ayurveda) has curcumin, shown in studies to disrupt bacterial and fungal biofilms; black pepper enhances curcumin absorption.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions:
Warm milk and whisk in other ingredients. Drink before bedtime for 7–14 days.
