Cinnamon & Clove Herbal Tea

Context & Origin:
Cinnamon and clove, key spices in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine, have antimicrobial properties and biofilm inhibition effects against Candida and bacteria.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1.5 cups hot water

Instructions:
Steep cinnamon and cloves in hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink once daily for 5–7 days.
