Oats & Banana Prebiotic Bowl

Context & Origin:
Oats and bananas are classic prebiotic foods that feed beneficial gut bacteria, used traditionally in both Western and Asian cuisines.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (cooked)
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Instructions:
Prepare oatmeal, top with banana and flax. Eat for breakfast to provide prebiotic fiber.
