Bone Broth Gut-Healing Soup

Context & Origin:
Bone broth has been prized in many cultures (including Chinese medicine and European folk remedies) for its collagen, gelatin, and amino acids that help repair the intestinal lining.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups homemade or store-bought bone broth
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions:
Simmer all ingredients for 15–20 minutes. Drink as a warm, soothing gut tonic once daily.
