Broccoli Sprout & Miso Detox Soup

Context & Origin:
Broccoli sprouts are high in sulforaphane, promoting phase II liver detox; miso adds gut-supporting probiotics.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp broccoli sprouts
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • 1.5 cups hot water

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients into a warm soup. Consume 1x/day for up to 14 days.
