Cabbage & Daikon Slaw (Raw Antifungal Salad)

Context & Origin:
Cruciferous vegetables and daikon support liver and gut cleansing, especially helpful during fungal die-off stages.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded raw cabbage
  • 1/4 cup grated daikon radish
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
Toss and eat once daily with meals. Continue for 1–2 weeks.
