Aztec and Mayan cultures used chia for stamina and digestion. Its gel-forming fiber supports bowel regularity and hydration.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk or water
- Optional: 1 tsp honey
Instructions:
Soak chia seeds in the liquid for at least 20 minutes until gelled. Drink once a day for 7 days.
