Context & Origin:
Corn silk was traditionally used in Chinese and Native American medicine as a soothing diuretic. Horsetail is high in silica and supports kidney repair.
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp dried corn silk
- 1 tsp horsetail
- 2 cups water
Instructions:
Simmer for 20 minutes, strain, and drink 1 cup twice a day for up to 7 days.
