Cucumber-Mint Digestive Tonic

Context & Origin:
Cucumber and mint have cooling, soothing effects on the digestive tract, traditionally used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines for gut relief.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup water

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients and drink chilled. Take once or twice daily for 7–10 days.
