Echinacea & Calendula Immune Infusion

Context & Origin:
Echinacea is known in Native American medicine for lymph and immune support. Calendula promotes lymphatic drainage and skin detox.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dried echinacea root
  • 1 tsp dried calendula flowers
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions:
Steep for 15 minutes, strain, and drink 1 cup daily for up to 2 weeks.
