Fermented Coconut Yogurt with Clove

Context & Origin:
Clove is a potent antifungal spice and coconut yogurt provides probiotics, both working to rebalance the gut microbiota.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp ground clove
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:
Mix and eat as a snack once daily. Use for up to 3 weeks.
