Garlic & Lemon Liver Tonic (Ancient Middle Eastern)

Context & Origin: Used by Arabic healers for its antimicrobial and liver-supporting properties.

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions: Steep garlic in lemon water for 5 minutes before drinking.

Duration: 7–14 days
Take daily on an empty stomach.
Used in short therapeutic cycles — rest 1 week between repeats.
