Ginger & Turmeric Anti-Inflammatory Shot

Context & Origin:
Turmeric and ginger are widely used in Ayurveda for inflammation control and immune modulation, helpful during detox.

Ingredients:

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
Juice ginger, mix with other ingredients, and drink in the morning for 10–14 days.
