Lymph-Boosting Beet & Ginger Juice

Context & Origin:
Beets are a natural blood cleanser and ginger supports circulation — both key for healthy lymph movement in Ayurveda and modern holistic nutrition.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium raw beet
  • 1-inch fresh ginger root
  • 1 carrot
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water (optional)

Instructions:
Juice or blend all ingredients. Drink immediately, 3x/week for 2–3 weeks.
