Japanese miso, a fermented soybean paste, provides probiotics, while seaweed offers minerals and prebiotic fiber to support gut flora.

- 1 tbsp organic miso paste
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp dried wakame or nori seaweed
- 1 chopped green onion
Instructions:
