Moringa Leaf Tea – African and Indian Traditional Medicine

Context & Origin:
Moringa, known as the “miracle tree,” has been used in African and Indian medicine for centuries. It is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and anti-inflammatory compounds that help reduce pain, improve immunity, and support digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of dried moringa leaves
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • ½ teaspoon of honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Steep moringa leaves in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Strain and add honey if desired.
