Bromelain in pineapple and papain in papaya are enzymes that reduce inflammation and assist lymphatic flow. Used in tropical traditional diets.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup papaya
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Instructions:
Blend and drink on an empty stomach 4–5x per week.
