Probiotic-Rich Yogurt & Berry Bowl

Context & Origin:
Traditional fermented dairy like yogurt has been used in cultures from Bulgaria to India to replenish beneficial gut bacteria. Berries provide antioxidants and polyphenols that support gut lining repair.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt (cow, goat, or coconut-based)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:
