Seaweed is used in Japanese and Korean healing cuisines to promote detox and lymphatic flow due to its iodine and mineral content.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp dried wakame seaweed
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 cups water
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Simmer seaweed and cucumber for 10 minutes. Drink warm. Consume 2–3x/week.
