Seaweed & Sesame Detox Snack

Context & Origin:
Seaweed (traditional in Japanese and Korean diets) provides iodine and alginates that bind and remove environmental toxins, including mold byproducts.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
  • 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Drizzle of sesame oil

Instructions:
Roll up and eat as a snack daily during detox period (up to 14 days).
