Sweet Potato & Turmeric Purée

Context & Origin:
Sweet potatoes are prebiotic-rich and used in various traditional diets. Combined with turmeric, it reduces gut inflammation and nourishes good bacteria.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup steamed sweet potato
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions:
Mash all ingredients and eat as a meal or side. Include daily for 5–7 days.
