Origins: Used by thieves during the Black Plague in the 14th century to protect themselves from illness.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp dried sage
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp dried lavender
- 5–10 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp black pepper (optional)
How to Use:
Let all ingredients infuse in vinegar for 2–4 weeks in a glass jar.
Strain and store in a dark place.
Take 1 tbsp diluted in water daily or apply topically for wound disinfection.
